It's an action camera, so avoid the "cinematic" settings and ignore things like the 180-degree shutter angle rule. These will NOT give you the best results. Ideally your shutter will be 1/240 or faster to get the best results. So when shooting in dark locations, it's best to either shoot at a low frame rate or add extra light. If you have something like a lamp or even a torch, don't point it at what you want to shoot at. Instead point it at a wall close by or set up some white cardboard to reflect the light. i am shooting in flat colour profile in go pro. is there an official lut that converts the flat go pro to rec 709 so i can apply luts to it. I don't remember all of my Protune settings (and often at night I just turn Protune off), however I think it was something like: Shutter 1/48, EV 0, ISO MIN 800 MAX 800 WB (probably manually set but you need to adjust for your situation), Sharpness LOW, Color Flat.
