Okay, I think I understand now. Yes, you have to level your guild up to level 10 to unlock the ability to have 2 easy guild missions per week. Until you get the guild to level 10, you keep doing the single easy level mission each week to build up your favor.

take an example of 200 guild members an only 50 in each map wvw mission for the guild would be done pretty quickly.. example of some guilds i have been in def, or fate that do wvw day an night an every day.. i have a small guild of less the 30 but only 3 active for any mission at a time. it is very difficult to get the 50,000 wvw world experience!

It's quite easy actually, but a bit slow obviously. I can't always complete all the quests. As @Gorani.7205 said, you can't complete WvW or PvP missions alone, because you need at least 3 players of the same guild. So first of all, switch your missions to PvE only. The trek mission with 5 locations in 15 minutes is certainly doable alone.

With the September 2014 Feature Pack, a reservation system is used to prioritize adding guild members to a specific map for guild missions. There is a limit to the number of reservations.
